Your home (or property) will be added to your areas MLS, Realtor.com, and many other internet sites. But first we need some information about your home, as well as some forms to be filled out and faxed or emailed back to us. To get things moving along, we have set up a site in which you can download all necessary forms as well as submit your home information directly online. The link is at the bottom of this page.
If you need any help please call or email us using the ‘Contact Us’ link on our site and we will walk you through the process. Please fill the forms out and fax back to us ASAP. Do not date your forms until the day you fax them.
When emailing your pictures, please name them in numerical order and email them ASAP so we can set them up properly for the MLS (and other sites).
All email correspondence must include your full name and the MLS # (Once you receive it).
Please understand that if you are currently under contract with another broker or realtor, we can not take your listing. If you had a previous listing and it is expired or cancelled then please proceed.
